The terms for using FounderKeep

FounderKeep is run by [operating entity to be confirmed by the founder] ("we" and "us"). It gives you a record of your company, a set of criteria for each stage, a task list, and a coach that reviews your evidence and writes drafts.

What the coach writes is a draft or a review. It is never advice you must follow, and it is never legal, financial, or tax advice. You decide what goes into your record and what you do next. For legal, financial, or tax questions, ask a qualified professional.

An account belongs to one person and is tied to one email address. Do not share your sign-in codes. Registration is invite-only for now: a new account needs an invite code or an invitation to a company.

A company has admins and members. Admins invite and remove people, make other admins, and decide which initiatives are restricted. Members see the company's record, stage, criteria, tasks, and people, apart from restricted initiatives they have not been granted.

You are responsible for who you invite to your company and for what you share with them. Once someone has seen something, removing them later does not make them unsee it.

What you put into FounderKeep is yours: your answers, entries, evidence, uploads, and tasks. You give us permission to store, process, and display it, and to send the parts each coach request needs to the coach's provider, only as far as that is needed to run the service for you and the people you share it with.

We never train models on your content. You can export a company's record at any time as a readable document.

Deleting your account removes your profile, your personal tasks, and any company where you are the only person, including its uploaded evidence. A company with another admin keeps going, with your entries kept under your name. A company where you are the only admin and other people have joined needs another admin first, or is deleted with your account.

The privacy section on our front page says what goes to the coach's provider and how long it is kept.

The coach uses Anthropic's Claude, reached through Cloudflare AI Gateway. It can be wrong. It reads the text you give it, not the images or linked pages, and it can miss something or accept something it should not. Check what it says before you rely on it.

The coach can also be unavailable. When it is, your evidence waits with "Coach unavailable" and can be reviewed again later.

We count how often each person uses the coach, and each person has a daily allowance of coach actions that resets at midnight UTC; when it is used up, drafts and reviews wait for the next day. We may later change the allowance or charge for coach use, for example with a free tier and a paid plan. We will tell you before that happens.

• Use FounderKeep only for lawful purposes.
• Put in only your own information or your company's, or information you have the right to share.
• Do not try to reach anyone else's data, including restricted initiatives on your own company that you have not been granted.
• Do not probe, overload, or work around the service's limits and security.
• Do not abuse the coach: no automated or bulk requests, and no attempts to make it produce harmful content or ignore its instructions.

If you break these rules, we may suspend or close your account. Where we can, we will tell you why first.

This is a beta. We make no promise about uptime, and features may change, move, or be removed as we learn what works.

We may change or discontinue the service. If we discontinue it, or remove something that holds your content, we will tell you by email and give you at least 30 days to export your records first.

We may update these terms. When the change matters, we will tell you before it takes effect. The date at the top shows the latest version.

FounderKeep is provided as it is, without promises that it will be error-free or fit for any particular purpose, to the extent the law allows.

To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for decisions you make based on the coach's drafts or reviews, or for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost opportunities.

Nothing in these terms limits anything the law does not let us limit, and nothing here takes away rights you have as a consumer.
